4" overall w/ 1.75" cello. Button has light wear while the ribbon has some minor fading, most notably to red stripe. Medal attached at bottom features profile portrait of Dewey w/ full text of "The Freedom Pledge" on the reverse. Medal has scattered moderate wear in reflected light. Overall Extremely Fine.
