4" overall w/ 1.25" cello and 1.25" brass medal. Button has "Garrison Toy & Novelty Co." back paper. Both the cello and the medal feature portraits of FDR. Reverse of medal has image of the U.S. Capitol. Ribbon has some fading and light scattered handling wear. Medal and cello both have light surface wear. Overall Extremely Fine.
