2.25" w/ Reading Ribbon Badge Co. back paper and horizontal fixed bar pin. Tiny less than 1/8" area of missing celluloid just below TR's right should on shield in white stripe. A tiny bump at 10 o'clock and 1 o'clock on extreme outer edges. Otherwise light scattered surface wear. Technically VG, but displays above grade. Rare.
