5" long w/ cello rectangular portrait in center. Facsimile signature of Cleveland below his portrait. Tape on reverse to hold red ribbon in place for cello attachment. Some fading on portrait as well as some even aging on ribbon and scattered tiny black stains at the top and a few tiny pinholes. Overall Fine.
