Item Description
3x7-3/8". Front reads "Union Ticket" at the top w/ an eagle and shield design w/ "E. Pluribus Unum." Below are the names of the 1860 Union candidates and their electors. At the bottom is a congressional coattail for the 1st District in San Francisco, Donald C. McRuer. Reverse has depiction of the the sinking of the CSS Alabama by the USS Kearsarge in June of 1864. Moisture stain in the bottom right corner of the ballot, as well as trace of soil, most notably along right edge, just right of "Ticket". Otherwise light surface wear and handling. VF.
