Item Description
7/8" to 1". Left is litho, right is cello. Litho produced by American Artworks, while cello has St. Louis Button Co. back paper. Litho is clean w/ only minor wear. Exc. Cello has some faint scattered air marks seen in reflected light. Still Exc.
Capper served as Kansas Governor from 1915 to 1919, and Senator from 1919 until 1949. He was the Favorite Son of Kansas for the Republican nomination for the presidency in 1940.
