Engraving of Coxey holding his son, Legal Tender, who wants to "shee wheels go wound" - "And so does everyone who wants Good Times Again." 32 pp. Coxey's plans to address unemployment, the Panic, currency, industrial and every day infrastructure w/non bearing bonds. Vertical tear through facsimile signature and trivial loss bottom edge of cover. Minor smudging to covers and off center top margin. Interior is clean and supple.
