1" w/ "Salt Lake Stamp Co." Text reads "Economic Security/Roosevelt/Blood." We are uncertain if this is 1932 or 1936 as Blood won both elections. Light scattered surface scratches and faint moisture mark along edge from 3 to 6 o'clock that is barely seen. Extremely Fine. Uncommon.
