Item Description
3x8" on thin paper. Features imagery of a Raccoon, the symbol of the Whig Party. This imagery meant to draw parallels between Benjamin Harrison and his grandfather, William Henry Harrison, the Whig president. Includes the names of the 1888 Republican ticket, their electors, and Louis E. McComas, the Republican candidate for the 6th Congressional District, "Comprising Allegany, Garrett, Washington, Frederick and Montgomery Counties". Light Surface wear and handling, most notably along the top and right edges. Extremely Fine.
