2.5x7.5". Newpaper. Features eagle and shield motif at the top w/ "Democratic Republican Nominations" below. Names of the candidates and their 34 electors from the state of NY, as well as the names of the gubernatorial and other state office candidates at bottom. Slight even aging w/ edge wear and handling. Fine.
