Item Description
2.5x4-1/8". 1951 Berk Ross cards were issued as two-card panels and released in four separate series with 18 cards in each, for a total of 72 cards. This is one of the keys in the set. Warren Edward Spahn was an American professional baseball pitcher who played 21 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB). A left-handed pitcher, Spahn played in 1942 and then from 1946 until 1965, most notably for the Boston Braves, who became the Milwaukee Braves after the team moved west before the 1953 season. His baseball career was interrupted by his military service in the United States Army during World War II. A few of his many career accomplishments include being a 17 time All-Star, A Cy Young Award and World Series Championship in 1957, led the NL in strikeouts four times and threw two career No-Hitters. Warren Spahn was inducted into the National Baseball Hall Of Fame in 1973. Yogi Berra was an 18-time All-Star, 3-time AL MVP (one of only five players to hold this distinction) and 10-time World Series champion, more than any other player in history. He was inducted into the National Baseball HOF in 1972.
