Item Description
1.25" w/curl naming L.A. Stamp & Stat Co. North of Sacramento in the Sierra Nevada, the county was named for the Feather River (thus the golden feather below the fish) which runs through it and its original Spanish name was Rio de las Plumas. The golden trout became the state fish in 1947 but we believe this button is c. 1930s. One known to us. Rare. NM. California Button Collection.
