3" long overall. Ribbon reads "National Committee" while the brass hanger reads "John W. Davis Notification, August 11, 1924". Badge features the seal of Clarksburg, WV. Ribbon is brittle w/fading and some tearing along edges. Brass components have light wear and handling. Fine. Rare.
