Item Description
1.75" w/4.5" ribbon attached. Ribbon has stamp on reverse reading "Samuel Hoffman; Collector of Presidential Items", w/a Philadelphia address below. Ribbon has one minor area of thinness just above "And", otherwise only light handling wear. Cello has tight cello separation along collet at 12 o'clock that is stable and does not affect display. Otherwise light surface wear. Overall Still Exc. A tough jugate w/even more elusive ribbon attached.
