Item Description
3.25x8". Silk. Listed but not shown in Sullivan/Fischer as WS-3, one of only seven designs catalogued for Scott. Oval portrait at center w/text "Lundy's Lane Chippewa" below. Banner at top reads "The Hero Of Many Battles" and at bottom is a depiction of Scott's victory at "Vera Cruz Cerro Gorda Mexico." Some even aging w/scattered areas of thinness, most notably along right edge. Otherwise moderate handling wear. VF.
