Item Description
1.75" fabric covered button w/4.5" long ribbon attached under spring pin on reverse. The button is Hake #72 but here it is complete as issued including the rarely seen 3.5x7.5" stiff card w/text on bottom margin "Souvenir Of This Greatest Event Of My Life." Some tears and creasing on card, most notably diagonal tear along right edge that is mostly covered by ribbon. Cord is VG. Ribbon badge has some scattered creasing, as well as minor fabric separation along collet at 1 o'clock that is stable and does not affect display. Ribbon badge is Still Exc. Rare in its complete form. From the 1920 campaign, the first presidential election after the passage of the 19th Amendment.
