Item Description
16x17.5". Features Taft and Sherman w/ornate frames around their portraits and a red and blue tinted scene below of the U.S. Capitol. Even aging as well as scattered light staining, most notably just right of Sherman's portrait in the white field and near the bottom of the bandana along the greenery in front of the Capitol. Otherwise moderate handling. Fine.
