Item Description
2.25" cello w/4.25" ribbon attached under collet on reverse. Keystone Badge. Co. back paper. This particular ribbon reads "Democrats From Cambria-Indiana-Armstrong-Somerset Counties" w/a flower and "Johnstown, PA" below. Ribbon not attached under collet. A few tiny indentations and surface scratches seen in reflected light, most notably an small indentation just left of Truman's portrait in white field.
