Item Description
7.5" long w/original vertical pin on reverse. Features bluetone portrait of TR w/"Legal Voters' League" above and additional text at bottom reading "Vote The Straight Roosevelt Republican Ticket." The aim of this league, mostly organized in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area, was to "purify the ballot", and all members had to swear an oath that they had never "sold his vote" in the past. Faint blue and red ink stains seen in the top text, as well as brown stains along the top edge. Ribbon separation just above "Legal". Otherwise moderate handling wear. VG. Rare.
