Typed letter addressed to Marlon Brando reads "Dear Marlon: Please Forgive The Delay In Responding To Your Suggestion To Use Shipping Containers For Low Cost Housing. After Exhaustive Research, My Staff And Others Have Concluded That The Proposal Is Not Practical. In Addition, It Is Not Inexpensive. Thanks For The Suggestion. Best Wishes For A Happy New Year. Cordially, Tom Bradley Mayor." Two horizontal folds for mailing. Handling wear and staple holes on left margin as would be expected. VF. Comes with Hake's COA.
