Item Description
Ribbons are each 5" long, while "City Hall Steps" badge is 7" long w/2.25" cello. Dated October 20, 1952. Ribbons are crisp, retaining bold color. Each has a few tiny pin holes. Yellow ribbon has two tiny brown stains just above "Eisenhower". Otherwise ribbons all have light scattered wear. Cello on badge has scattered air marks, and light wear. Extremely Fine to Exc.
