7x9". Features bw portrait of Wilson on cover. For event held on Monday, September 23, 1912. Held at the Hotel Casey in Scranton, PA, "Under The Auspices Of Lackawanna County Democracy." Wilson's signature on back cover in upper left corner. Some moderate handling, most notably along the edges, including small tear along left edge. The two pages of the program are no longer attached along the spine. Faint moisture stain on bottom right corner of cover. Signature on back cover in upper left corner. VG, but will display above grade. Comes w/JSA LOA. Wayne Otchis Collection.
