3/4" w/ Torsch & Franz back paper. Water Wagon Clubs were established in the early 20th century in railroad companies as an advocacy group for temperance among the workers for safety purposes, to ensure workers were sober on the job when worker together in such dangerous conditions. Some faint scattered moisture marks, otherwise light wear. VF.
