3.5" overall w/ 1.25" cello. W&H back paper. Features patriotic and colorful design. Dated July 6-9, 1915. From the 16th National Convention of the Anti-Saloon League. Ribbon has some fading, most notably on blue stripe, as well as small tear in the "T" in "Delegate". Cello is bright w/ only minor wear. Overall still Exc.
