5" overall w/1.25" cello. M. C. Lilley & Co. back paper. Dated January 13, 1913. Ribbon is crisp w/vibrant text. Cello is glossy w/only minor wear. NM. Only the third we can recall encountering in our 57 years and easily the finest condition example. An un-improvable example of this rare badge.
