5.5" long ribbon attached under spring pin.  Separation and fraying at top edge where ribbon meets rim of button. VG. 2-1/8" dia. cello. button retains Phila. Badge Co. back paper. Typical scattered age at extreme outer edges. Extremely Fine. Guffey was running for the U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania while Roosevelt was seeking a third term. Both won their respective elections.
