8.5" long. Silk. Scalloped edges. At top is the PA coat of arms and portrait flanked by flags and militaria. Slight even age toning w/moderate wear and handling. Faint stain just above "Clay" that detracts little. Bold contrast. Extremely Fine. Listed in Sullivan/Fischer as HC-37. John Hillhouse Collection.
