1938 Quaker premium in brass w/adjustable bands. Top of bands feature horseshoe and four-leaf clover designs. Top center has rectangular compartment w/removable brass cover. Cover has high relief detailed portrait of Tracy surrounded by small symbols including sunburst and crescent moon. Exc. w/near full luster including rainbow-like patina on ring top.
