1” wide fancy embossed brass badge w/Tracy portrait at center. Text in full reads “Member Girls Division Dick Tracy Secret Service Patrol.” From Quaker, 1939. This and following Purvis badge are only two 1930s premiums we can recall to specify gender as “Girls.” Exc.
