Item Description
1-7/16x2-5/8". The T205 issue consists of 209 different cards, although just 198 players are represented in the T205 set- a few multiple poses and some variations account for the higher accepted total. Border graphics of varying types, usually incorporating team logos and equipment, identified the respective league. Facsimile signatures crossed a portion of many ballplayers' depictions.

Richard Carleton "Dick" Hoblitzell played first base in the major leagues from 1908 to 1918. He played for the Cincinnati Reds and Boston Red Sox. Nicknamed "Doc" by his teammates, Hoblitzell's baseball career was cut short with his World War I induction into the U.S. Army as a dentist in 1918. Hoblitzell was a two time World Series Champion in 1915 and 1916.
