Item Description
1-7/16x2-5/8". The T205 issue consists of 209 different cards, although just 198 players are represented in the T205 set- a few multiple poses and some variations account for the higher accepted total. Border graphics of varying types, usually incorporating team logos and equipment, identified the respective league. Facsimile signatures crossed a portion of many ballplayers' depictions.

Samuel James Tilden Sheckard  was an American left fielder in Major League Baseball who played for the Brooklyn Bridegrooms/Superbas (1897-98, 1900-01, 1902-05), Baltimore Orioles (NL) (1899), Baltimore Orioles (AL) (1902), Chicago Cubs (1906-12), St. Louis Cardinals (1913) and Cincinnati Reds (1913). Some career highlights include being a two time NL stolen base leader, a NL Home run leader in 1903 and a two time World Series Champion in 1907 and 1908.
