Item Description
1.25" sepia real photo, without maker's name, and with fixed horizontal bar pin. Pictured is what we take to be a first class hand engine, in the double deck Philadelphia style, hand pulled and hand pumped. While the details are tiny, with magnification can be seen a spread wing eagle on the roof top, the words "Veteran Firemen" on horizontal panel below that and then a vertical panel showing a fireman in long coat and fire helmet. In reflected light, a hairline very shallow dent .5" long can be seen at lower center of the engine. Very trivial. VF. One known. Rare.
