1.75" w/Brunt back paper. Stunning color combination combines the Rotary wheel symbol centered by a deep green branch suspending three deep purple plums, symbolic of the importance of plums and prunes to the city economy in the early 1900s. A few trivial, tiny, raised cello bumps. Totally clean and glossy. Exc. One known. Rare.
