2.25x3.75" on thin stock. Presidential seal at top left and "Sponsored By The State Democratic Executive Committee Of Texas." Faint scattered spotting seen on white bar along bottom, as well as scattered surface scratches. Some edge wear. Overall Fine. The event, scheduled for Nov. 22, 1963 was canceled after the tragic events in Dallas. John Hillhouse Collection.
