2.25x3". Laminated stock. Designated to a "Richard Reeves". Reeves was a biographer who wrote biographies on Kennedy, Nixon, and Reagan. John M. Bailey, the DNC chair in 1962, organized efforts w/"Operation Know How" in Iowa to train Democratic volunteers on canvassing as a get-out-the-vote strategy during the mid-term elections of 1962.
