Item Description
5-3/8x7-1/8" blister card contains 3-3/8" tall figure. M&W Industries Inc., 1960s. Series is very similar to the troll doll of that era. Implementing the same body design and costume schemes, these dolls featured monster heads. Three different were produced - King Kong, Frankenstein and Wolf Man. Card is unpunched and has slight warp, but price circle is unused. Blister has denting above head and at lower right w/.5" crack at center left, but remains firmly affixed to card. Card is Fine/VF. Figure's costume has some lt. aging at crotch area but is o/w NM as packaged. King Kong is the rarest of the three Monster-Niks produced. Michael Lartigaut Collection.
