9x12" pen and ink watercolor drawing on stiff art paper signed "Sheldon 'Shelly' Moldoff" done in the 1990s. Moldoff worked on Captain Midnight comic book by Fawcett. He was also Bob Kane's first assistant on Batman in 1939. N. Mint. From the Hake collection.
