5.5x8.5" cardstock program folder w/insert page for Apollo 12 Banquet, part of Dec. 22, 1969 Alan Bean Day celebration held at the Tarrant County Convention Center in Fort Worth, TX. Banquet honored Lunar Module Pilot Alan Bean (1932-2018) of the Apollo 12 program, NASA's second landing on the Moon, which took place just a month prior (Nov. 14-24). Front of program has been signed in black felt tip pen by all three Apollo astronauts - Charles Conrad (1930-1999), Dick Gordon (1929-2017) and Bean. Bean has signed once more on inside cover, beside his printed portrait. Program is lightly aged but Exc. overall. Rarely seen signed piece, let alone double-signed by the guest of honor. Comes w/JSA LOA.
