6x12" embossed tin litho license plate. Tiny text at bottom reads "Copyright 1940 By Werts Novelty Co., Inc., Muncie Indiana/100% Union - Local 458 Novelty Workers Union." Unused w/only trivial wear and bold color. Exc. An article in the 1986 Vol. 86 #1 Keynoter notes that this slogan "Winn" was used by Wilfred Wingate in his unsuccessful campaign for State Rep. of Delaware County, Indiana. Bob Westerman Collection.
