6.25" overall w/1.25" cello. Oil cloth ribbon. Dated August 17, 1940. Produced for the hometown celebration of Willkie's nomination in Elwood, IN. Minor area of thinning in the "K" in "Working. Moderate surface and handling wear w/light diagonal crease in the center. Overall VF. Wayne Otchis Collection.
