Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains mostly tin litho toy w/built-in key. Toy is in two sections, connected via metal coil spring, overall length being 7.75". 1950s. Box is evenly aged and shows some scattered edge/corner tip wear. Top panel of lid has line puncture that blends. Fine/VF overall. Toy is complete w/rubber ears and tail intact. Works, w/front section pulling ahead while spring coil pulls rear section along. Rear section has some factory paint touch-ups and front has a few small paint rubs to Pluto's face. VF. Scarce, especially w/box. One of the more unusual Disney wind-ups. Michael Lartigaut Collection.
