5.25x7.5". Copyright 1954, University of Chicago. Number 844, June 13, 1954. 24 pgs. Some even age toning as well as moderate handling wear, most notably long the top edge. VF. The first section includes a transcript from discussion between Harry Kalven, James Arnold, and Harold Urey. Second section includes "Selections From The Findings And Recommendations Of The Atomic Energy Commission's Special Personnel Security Board For The Case Of J. Robert Oppenheimer". The 1954 case by the AEC led to Oppenheimer's Q Clearance being revoked after questions of his loyalty to the United States arose at the height of McCarthyism. He was posthumously cleared of any purported Soviet espionage and had his revocation vacated in 2022.
