8.5x11". First printing copyright 1964 published by Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) in Atlanta, GA. Magazine style history of the SCLC used as part of fundraising for the group throughout the US. Cover image is a candid portrait of a stoic MLK by Wyatt Tee Walker. The cover image is boldly signed in blue ball point ink just above likeness "Best Wishes Martin Luther King". Magazine has edge wear along spine w/scattered creases and moderate handling wear, Fine. Signature has tremendous presence, Extremely Fine. Comes w/JSA LOA.

The 64 page publication is "Dedicated to... the millions of persons who are part of the nonviolent revolution" and features one of the earliest printings of King's I Have A Dream speech. It included coverage of all the SCLC greatest hits: "Letter From A Birmingham Jail", "Voter Registration", "Direct Action", "The Citizenship School", "The Great March On Washington" images from Stars For Freedom events w/Mahalia Jackson, Sammy Davis Jr., Harry Belefonte, Lena Horn, Dick Gregory and more. The publication is a full history of the highly influential civil rights group in 1964 beautifully laid out w/a litany of images from events and leisure time including King and SCLC playing softball and ping pong.
