1-7/8x5". Silvered brass frame w/card stock insert featuring portraits and names of candidates affixed to band. Designed to attach to the front of a kepi cap for use in torchlight parades popular during the era. Light scattered age toning and faint creasing on paper amounting to moderate surface wear. VF. Scarce.
