Item Description
11x14x2" deep original character-specific illustrated window box contains complete and unused set by Ideal, ©1967 NPP, Inc. Canadian issue. Box features die-cut image of Batman's sidekick Robin and back features images of both Action Man and Action Boy as well as the other heroes these sets were produced for (including Superboy and Aqualad Action Boy sets and Superman, Batman, Aquaman, Captain America, Spider-Man and other Action Man sets). Box is evenly aged w/some corner tip/edge wear w/heavy creasing to top/bottom center of main panel as well at top/bottom side panels. Back panel has creases along left/right sides. Windows remains firmly affixed, and right window has some wear at top w/.25" T-shaped puncture. Box is VG/Fine overall. Set consists of outfit w/mask on body form as issued, gloves, boots, belt, pair of Batarangs, Batarang Launcher, Bat Grenade and Climbing Grips. Some age spotting to gloves and gold paint wear to Climbing Grips handles, but o/w set is VF to NM as packaged. Rare as boxed and in this unused condition.
