10" long w/ original "T" pin on reverse. Cello portrait of John Weaver, 1903 Republican candidate for Philadelphia mayor. Above this portrait is imagery of TR riding his horse and carrying a waving American flag in his rough rider uniform. Some creasing along bottom left corner and some minor fraying along bottom edge. Otherwise light scattered wear. Extremely Fine.
