5x7.5". 32pp. 1917. Produced for the Women's Anti-Suffrage Association. Outlines the various drawbacks for the passage of the proposed 19th Amendment. Included are arguments that men and women are inherently different, and that women's sphere is the private sphere of the home, while men's domain is the public sphere of the business and politics, positing that it is "unnatural"and unfair for women to be thrust the realm of politics. Even toning w/ some cracking along the spine, as well as scattered staining. A few small areas of loss on cover, mostly along bottom edge. VG.
