Item Description
7/8" w/ W&H back paper. Tiny gold speck under the cello just right of Cook in white field that occurred during production. Otherwise light surface wear. Exc. as made. Samuel A. Cook was a Congressman from Wisconsin who served from 1895 until 1897, who unsuccessfully ran for Senate in 1897, as well as made a run for Wisconsin Governor in 1904, ultimately losing to Robert LaFollette.
