Item Description
7" to 7.25". Dated August 1888. Phelps Guards were a Republican club organized in Paterson, NJ in 1872. Some minor fraying on top edge of red ribbon w/ some faint yellow staining on blue ribbon. Each is crisp and Extremely Fine.
