3x5.5". Produced by S. Raynor, Envelope Manufacturer. Features portrait of the 1860 Democratic nominee framed in patriotic motif of shield, eagle, and draped flags. Text in the top center is a quotation from Douglas reading "I stand for the rights of the whole people-Intervention-North of South, means Disunion." Moderate handling wear, most notably along the corners. Extremely Fine. See related Lincoln envelope.
